COLUMBUS, GA - A man was sitting on the curb outside of Lucky China on Manchester Expressway talking on his cell phone.

An unknown black male approached him, stood behind him and stunned him with a taser.

COLUMBUS, GA - The Ruby Tuesday on Veterans was burglarized while the business was closed between Nov. 16 and 17.

The manager was opening the restaurant on Nov. 17 and unlocked the office to find the safe open. She then called the police.

FORT BENNING, GA - The Benning Road “Stone Gate” will be closed from 6:00 p.m. Nov. 18 to 5:00 a.m. Nov. 21. 

The National Infantry Museum will be open and maintain regular weekend hours. Visitors to the museum will be able to access it from South Lumpkin Road.

COLUMBUS, GA - Cassandra has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was a young child.

At the early age of four she began an annual collection for the local Humane Society. She would collect gently used towels and blankets from friends and neighbors and bring them to the shelter.

25th Annual Radio-thon for needy children

COLUMBUS, GA - It is that time of year again!  Davis Broadcasting Inc. will be hosting its 25TH Annual Radio-thon, to raise funds for our Needy Children’s Christmas Party. 

Each year, with the help of our community, they raise funds to ensure that every child that attends the annual Christmas Party goes home with a toy or bike.
