Animal Control over capacity, pets in need of adoption
(WTVM)- It's raining cats and dogs at the Columbus Animal Care & Control Center… and right now that's not a good thing.
The center is overwhelmed with pets and need your help to find them forever homes.
News Leader 9's Brittany Dionne visited the center to take a look at some of the fury friends that could become part of your family.
Center Director Drale Short says around this time of year they get an influx of animals.
The center can hold a maximum of 80 pets at a time, but they are well past that number according to Short.
