COLUMBUS, GA - To celebrate the early birthday of special longtime friend and lead custodian, Charles “Mr. Mac” McCaulley, Columbus Technical College has renamed its main auditorium in his honor.

The naming announcement came as a surprise Monday morning to the one hundred or so faculty and staff members, including the honoree, who attended the “mandatory presentation” called by Columbus Tech president, Bob Jones. The room will now be known as McCaulley Auditorium; customized signage has already been put in place.
