Juvenile robs senior citizen with Scarface gun | Crime

COLUMBUS, GA - Police arrested a juvenile who held up an 88 year-old with a Scarface replica pistol.

Columbus Police were called out to Dogwood Ave. on Feb. 8 to a dispute with a juvenile. 

Officers say found the juvenile walking down the street and identified him as the suspect. The complaintant decided not to press charges though.

While they were taking him home, another officer came to their location and talked to the juvenile. They discovered that he had a replica handgun from the movie Scarface.

While on the scene they spoke with the suspects sister, who told police their Aunt had called and said the suspect robbed a senior citizen with a pistol and took her money. 

Officers followed up on the report and went to victim's home on 10th Ave. with the suspect in custody. 

As soon as the juvenile walked in with police, the senior citizen raised her head and yelled, "That's him!"

He was arrested for felony armed robbery. The total value stolen was $8.00 in cash.
