Fraternity brothers to shave their heads for breast cancer research | Events
COLUMBUS, GA - The Kappa Sigma Fraternity hosts their 6th annual Shave to Save in hopes of raising money for breast cancer research. Everyone is welcome to come show their support as the men of Kappa Sigma shave their heads to raise money to donate to the American Cancer Society.
We have set up a few events leading up to Shave to Save in hopes of reaching out to everyone that would like to show their support and help us fight for a cure!
October 22 they will be relocating to have a spirt night with Chick-fil-A from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Peachtree Mall food court location. Mention that you are there to support Kappa Sigma and 20% of your ticket cost will be donated to the American Cancer Society.October 24 they will be back at Buffalo Wild Wings to host another day where just telling your server you are there to support Kappa Sigma will send 10% of what you spend over to the American Cancer Society.
Throughout the month of October, they will be teaming up with Callaway Gardens on the weekends to help assist them in their first haunted forrest. Proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Contact Callaway for more details!
October 25 brings us to Shave to Save! Join the men of Kappa Sigma at the clocktower on CSU's main campus as they shave their heads from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. There will be food, music, silent auctions, raffles, t-shirts for sale, information on the American Cancer Society, as well as for the first time an opportunity for girls to show off their support! JB Phillips Hair and Nail Care Salon will be there to dye pink streaks as well as paint nails for any girl that may be interested!
All are welcome to come show us their support as they strive to make this Shave to Save our largest yet and surpass their goal of $7,000!
