Man arrested for yelling at Kendrick High School athletes
COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)- Columbus police say they arrested a man Wednesday night for taunting high school football players.
Michael Hardaway, 47, faces one count of disorderly conduct. He is accused of cursing and threatening players at Kendrick High School during their Wednesday football practice.
Kendrick's head football coach Jerry Dukes told News Leader 9 the man appeared intoxicated and "used unnecessary language."
Coach Dukes called it an unusual situation and called police.
