Educational event honors veterans in Columbus
COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)- One out of every three patients in hospice care is a military veteran.
On Thursday Georgia Hospice held an educational event at the National Infantry Museum in Columbus designed to help vets and their families.
In addition to hospice care, the event also focused on suicide prevention, post traumatic stress disorder and the Wounded Warrior Project.
