Police seek suspect after shooting at Booker T. Washington apartments | News

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)- News Leader 9 is following a shooting that occurred at Little Joe's across from the Booker T. Washington apartments off of Veterans Parkway in Columbus.
Police say that one person was shot around 11 p.m. Thursday evening in the parking lot of Little Joes at the corner of 6th Street and 3rd Avenue off Veterans Parkway.
We're told that the victim is being transported to the Medical Center.
The suspect is considered armed and dangerous and was last scene heading towards the Booker T. Washington Apartments. Police are still on the scene cataloging evidence. The condition or injuries of the victim are unknown at this time.
The suspect is a black male who is 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white jacket.
