Man shot in chest at Columbus bar
COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)- A Columbus man is in the hospital after being shot in the chest at a bar on Steam Mill Road. It happened at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday at Roger's Tap Room.
Police were dispatched to the shooting and sealed off the surrounding area with caution tape as the processed the crime scene.
The victim, Shawn Harris, 29, was driven to Columbus Regional Medical Center by a friend immediately after he was shot. His last known condition was ‘unsatisfactory.'
No arrests have been made at this time. The owner of the bar declined to make any statements.
